LITIGANT raced close up to the early pace, took back and tracked from outside of rivals along the backstretch, advanced approaching the turn then chased three wide to the quarter marker, bid four wide to upper stretch and battled STAR KANOO past mid-stretch, shook free of that foe in the final sixteenth and kept to task late to prove best. DOWNTOWN CONNECTOR allowed to settle in the early stages, advanced between rivals along the turn then bid three wide to upper stretch, closed willingly into the final furlong, could not reel in the winner in deep stretch and held safely late for second. COPAZO was forwardly placed early on while between rivals, got caught in tight and took up in the opening furlong, tracked the pace four to five wide heading to the turn, chased to the quarter marker then ran in pursuit into the lane, needed more into the final sixteenth but made a late bid to earn the show honors. GOOSE HUNTER settled in the early stages, advanced outside of rivals along the turn, roused four wide to upper stretch, angled out nearing the final sixteenth and found best stride late. STAR KANOO showed early speed, pressed the pace from between rivals along the backstretch, kept close attendance into the turn then vied for the lead three wide to upper stretch, battled LITIGANT into the final furlong, was turned away into the final sixteenth and yielded late. OSPREY broke a bit slowly and settled off of the early pace, saved ground into the turn, tipped three wide to upper stretch and advanced at the furlong marker, could not sustain that run to the final sixteenth and flattened out late. LEE ANN'S WARRIOR raced close up to the early pace, tracked from the inside approaching the turn, chased while saving ground nearing the quarter pole, could not find the needed response into the stretch and weakened late. IKIGAI sent leaving the start, showed speed and assumed early command, set the pace along the backstretch then dictated terms into the turn, carved out a moderate pace to the quarter pole then led to upper stretch, was overtaken at the furlong grounds and faded late. REBEL EMPIRE raced close up to the early pace while between rivals, chased to the turn then dropped back along the bend, could not find more into upper stretch and did not rally late. BELTS 'N BROOKS broke a bit slowly and was unhurried in the early stages, trailed into the turn, saved ground to the quarter marker and did not threaten in the stretch drive. ENSIGN PARKER settled leaving the start, tracked the early pace while widest up the backstretch, chased four to five wide along the turn, swung six wide to upper stretch and could not muster the needed late response. NO ANGEL settled in the second flight early on, tracked the pace from between rivals along the backstretch run, chased to the turn then lost position along the bend, could not find more into upper stretch and came up empty in the late stages.
