Chart notes
HELLO SWEETS angled outside mid way down the backstretch, circled the turn four deep, remained on her left lead, bumped with NATIONAL DIAMOND when challenging for the lead in mid stretch and prevailed in a hard drive. NATIONAL DIAMOND had an early duel in the two path outside COWGIRL SARA, battled inside horses through the stretch, bumped with the winner in mid stretch and finished gamely. CAUSE OF LOVE bumped with BEAUTIFUL CHARADE leaving the starting gate, was a forward factor in the two path on the turn and in upper stretch, moved to the inner rail in mid stretch and hung. BEAUTIFUL CHARADE bumped with CAUSE OF LOVE at the start, chased from the three path on the turn, floated five wide in upper stretch and lacked the necessary late response. LA ROSA started sluggishly and was steered out soon after the break, was kept wide on the turn, drifted to the six path turning for home and was no factor. COWGIRL SARA hugged the inner rail disputing the pace and retreated through the stretch.
