Chart notes
SAN JUAN HILL unhurried in the early going, moved up on the outside around the second turn, made a rally down the home stretch and drove clear. ELLS raced within striking distance, moved up around the final turn, drove clear down the stretch, but couldn't match strides with the winner, but proved best of others. FORT BONZ lacked early speed, made a steady gain, but proved no match for the top two. CABRO TORO showed early speed, drove clear, faded and was no threat late. MUFFIN NUTS raced in the middle of the field, came around the final turn on the outside and put forth an even effort. GOBOT void of early speed and passed tired ones. FAST VERDICT lacked early speed and was never close. CAJUN MISCHIEF showed early speed, dropped back and was outrun. INFINITESIMAL pressed the early pace, retreated and was no threat late.
