Chart notes
LIVE A LITTLE set the pace as an outer rival applied stern pressure into and around the turn, shook clear of that one entering the lane and drew off under a drive. MAGIC MOTOWN prompted outside of the eventual winner, but proved no match for that one entering upper stretch and was second best. LAST MINUTE MIKEY tracked from the four path, chased around the turn, yielded through the lane yet managed show. KICKSTART raced off of the pace along the inside, shifted out to the five path into the lane and failed to menace while hanging on his left lead. JUDY'S COMET reared and dislodged his rider at the start. A STEWARDS' INQUIRY REVIEWING THE START RESULTED IN NO CHANGE TO THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
