Chart notes
INTERSTATELOVESONG showed the way in hand along the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn patiently handled until roused taking the two path into upper stretch, then drew clear under a drive to prevail. PULLING THREADS coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under a ride from the seven-sixteenths marker, took the inside route into upper stretch and offered up a mild bid. SOME RIDE four wide in pursuit, got ridden along at the seven-sixteenths marker, tipped five wide into upper stretch, kept on to preserve the show honors. CALL ME JAL stumbled at the start, chased three wide under a ride from three furlongs out, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, weakened. DOLLY'S JOLENE bobbled at the break recovering inwards and bumping CAROLANNIE, chased along the inside and then just off the inside under urging from the three-eighths pole, angled six wide at the head of the stretch, tired. CAROLANNIE got bumped at the start by the aforementioned foe who recovered outwards from a bobble, chased along the inside briefly before tipping out four then five paths off the rail, came under coaxing midway on the turn, went seven wide into upper stretch, tired, and was eased home to the finish.
