BAXTER stalked near the inside, bid three wide and between horses rounding the far turn, led nearing the lane and drew clear. MISSION IMPROBABLE bumped with an outer rival at the start, settled well back along the inside, bided time at the rear rounding the far turn, swung out to the eight path in upper stretch and rallied to reel in place late. ASKARI raced forwardly in the three path and between horses, backed off to track into the backstretch, ranged up five deep to bid outside of foes turning for home, but proved no match for an inner rival while tucking to the four path into the lane then lost place late. TIME FOR TRUTH was bumped between rivals at the start, settled off of the pace along the inside, shifted out to the six path in upper stretch and stayed on between rivals. OCEAN VICTORY bumped with an inner foe at the start, raced off of the pace two to three wide, fanned out to the seven path into upper stretch, ran on but got outkicked by an outer rival in the final furlong then missed fourth at the wire. CALYCANTHUS pursued from midpack in the three path, chased between rivals around the far turn and lacked a bid. BATTER UP was bump between horses and took back at the start, trailed in the three to five path into the backstretch, advanced outside of rivals approaching the far turn, but only managed to chase around that bend then tired between rivals in midstretch. TRAIN AND TRUST pursued from midpack near the inside, chased between rivals at the quarter pole and failed to factor. CLOUDY HOLIDAY stalked in the four path, bid among foes around the far turn then tired. EVENING NEWS vied two wide, led into the far turn, but got headed by outer bidders approaching the quarter pole and readily weakened. HENRY THE HANK vied with an outer rival, got headed by that one nearing the far turn, then caved when subtly put in tight by that one reaching the quarter pole.
