Chart notes
MAJESTICAL was reluctant to load the gate, moved up to press the early pace, vied through the far turn until taking charge in the upper stretch, kicked clear under little urging. LADY LAW settled off the pace on the inside, gained position in the far turn before angling out four wide in the upper stretch, picked off one more rival but was no match for the winner. AEGIS broke sharply to set a pressured pace from the inside, vied with MAJESTICAL in the far turn, gave way at the three sixteenths. A. P.'S GIRL settled back to be the early trailer, began to make progress in the far turn, tipped out five wide in the stretch to improve position. TORTUGA COAST was rated nicely in the two path, made no bid, weakened down the lane. LIT UP sat behind the pace on the inside, retreated at the quarter, eased across. HONOR SOCIETY settled off the pace, trailed at the thee eighths, eased across.
