Chart notes
ELNAJD broke on top setting a pressured pace, held firm to inch away from the challenger. CHAPPELLE closely pressed the pace but was held off by the winner. MINGO tracked the pace three wide, made no bid, held for the show award. FLICK was off a step slow, trailed for most, bumped by WOODSON at the three sixteenths, improved five wide through the final furlong. FAVORITE DAY shadowed the early pace from the inside, hit the rail just after the quarter, weakened down the stretch. SULLY settled off the pace, never threatened. WOODSON raced close up between rivals under a tight rein, backed off through the turn, drifted out to bump FLICK at the three sixteenths, weakened to last.
