Chart notes
SAFE TRUST rated inside just off the early leader up the backstretch, switched out past the five-eighths, advanced outside three to four wide on the turn taking the lead outside the quarter pole, drifted a bit into upper stretch, moved clear and held sway. SHKHARA FIRE pursued from inside, saved some ground early on the turn before angling five wide at the top of the stretch, kept on despite losing the crop just past the sixteenth pole and got up for place. ESROH was quick to take the lead and shift in, set the pace inside, was overtaken nearing the quarter pole, kept on but had no extra in deep stretch and lost second late. DEVASTATING was forced out slightly in the early going, advanced to mid-pack heading into the turn racing four wide on that bend, came out six deep turning into upper stretch, needed more in the lane. SYNERGISM was in just a bit tight between foes after the start then rapidly moved forward outside chasing the pacesetter, went two to three wide on the turn, weakened in the stretch. PARTY bumped with a rival at the start, chased two wide, moved nearer the fence on the turn saving ground, failed to menace. DON'T FOOL WITH ME bumped with a rival at the start, was in tight steadying slightly soon after, dropped back to the rear up the backstretch, came out further turning for home, failed to menace.
