Chart notes
LITTLE TROUBLE sped to the early lead, set the pace along the inner rail, went clear in upper stretch and held sway under steady handling. PACIFIC THEATER raced in mid pack down the backstretch, moved to the three path leaving the far turn and rallied outside the winner. ENOS SLAUGHTER stalked the pace slightly off the inner rail, was well positioned in upper stretch and finished willingly. J. B. BOOKS stalked the pace outside horses down the backstretch, was fanned four wide leaving the far turn and lacked a rally. KEEP IT COMING lacked speed and finished willingly inside horses. MOUNT PELLIAR prompted the winner and weakened in upper stretch. PEPPER JACK , taken to the inner rail leaving the first turn, remained inside horses and gave way in the stretch. WILTON , four wide the first turn, was outrun. FLY NIGHTLY was outrun.
