Chart notes
DORMELLO went to the front then showed the way with a clear advantage, raced inside to the two path on the turn, responded well when asked near the quarter-pole, remained on his inside lead in the stretch, came under a right-handed crop inside the furlong marker and held under steady urging. BRAVE BUCK angled out early then settled on the outside, was urged along in the four path on the turn and safely secured the place while no match for the winner. OATH OF OMERTA stumbled at the start, dropped well behind the rest of the field, went around the turn in the two then three path, spun into the stretch in the four path then drifted further out and improved for the show. E Z BOURBON dropped back under urging, saved ground on the turn, moved out in upper stretch and failed to threaten. CAMM' DUKE was well placed just off the pace, saved ground while asked on the turn, dropped back in upper stretch and came up empty. LIBERTY RISING tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the two to three path on the turn, dropped back in upper stretch and tired.
