Chart notes
FROSTY BLUE rushed up to press the pace from two wide then took command at the quarter pole and won going away. HEGS stalked the pace down the backstretch then moved up from three wide on the final turn but was no match for the winner and held on for the place. MISTER BANDERAS raced off the pace from two wide then made a three wide bid on the final turn for a late kick but missed the place. INTERLUDE was allowed to settle while racing four wide down the backstretch and around the final turn, made a late run in the stretch but was not enough. BIG DRINKER passed tiring rivals. FIRE IN MY SUL sprinted to the early lead but was headed at the half mile marker and battled to the quarter pole before tiring. PLAY THE TRUMPET raced off the pace to the three furlong marker while saving ground, pulled up and transported on the equine ambulance.
