Chart notes
GRACE IS FREE broke with the field, prompted the issue up front three wide up the backstretch, challenged through the turn, shook clear when straightened for home, held the runner up safe late. KNICKLEANDIME forwardly placed while inside into the turn, asked along through the bend, came in the two path for the drive, chased the winner past the furlong marker then was steadily getting to that one late. WOODSTOCK broke out, void of speed while off the inside, fanned six wide into the stretch, also was closing the gap on the winner as well. WALK AWAY KAYE settled off the pace and the inside, three wide into the turn, angled out five wide for the drive, displayed some mild interest while not a serious threat. WAKUDA fell back off the leaders and moved inside to the two path the opening quarter, continued back through the turn, lacked a serious response through the stretch. PROWESS forwardly placed while racing three wide through much of the turn, faded in the drive. EVOLUTION showed the way up the backstretch and into the turn, dueled with the winner inside that one until headed late in the turn, gave way and backed up down the lane to trail in.
