Chart notes

DON'T BE SALTY saved ground to race not too far behind the pace, slowly closed ground along the inside before making a bid at the three eighths, drove clear down the stretch to be much the best. JAILHOUSE RELIGION settled off the pace, moved up between horses before making a good run towards the pace on the inside of the far turn but was no match for the winner down the stretch. KISSES FOR COOPER pressed the early pace between rivals, backed off in the far turn, repositioned to the inside of the stretch and got up for the show award. LADY DIXIE tracked the pace four wide, backed off a few lengths going up the backstretch, saved ground in the far turn, made some improvements in the stretch. MOOR TO CONQUER set a pressured pace along the inside, conceded the lead at the three eighths, tipped out entering the stretch but had no more to give. KEEN GAL found position around the middle of the pack, backed off going up the backstretch, loomed five wide to contest the pace in the far turn, retreated in the stretch. MEG'S LADYBUG was unhurried at the start to be the early trailer, passed tiring foes in the stretch. DEWEY'S SOLDIER raced off the pace, made no impact. STORM SURGE tracked the pace three wide, began retreating in the far turn.
