Chart notes
MO SPICE was hustled from the gate, pressed the pace on the outside, took the lead in the three path on the turn, shook clear into the final furlong and drew away under steady urging. BELLAMY was ridden along off the pace, went around the turn in the two to three path, swung out to the six path into the stretch and earned the place while no match for the winner. TINSELTOWN bumped with a rival at the start and was a bit slow into stride, raced off the pace under urging, went around the turn in the five then four path, gained to make a bid between horses inside the five-sixteenths pole, lost touch with the winner into the final furlong and weakened but was able to get the show. WHISKEY RUNNER broke in and bumped with a rival, chased the pace, went around the turn in the four then three path, spun into the stretch in the five path and tired. HOITY MORONI was hustled to the front then showed the way on the inside of an opponent, vied along the rail on the turn, lost the lead outside the five-sixteenths pole and gave way. SOLO STREET angled in early then was urged off the pace, checked sharply leaving the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and failed to respond. THE FRIDGE dropped back while ridden along, shifted from the two path to the four path on the turn, came out into upper stretch and was no factor.
