LAMBO pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, took the lead around the second turn, dueled to the wire and prevailed for the win. PAYNTED BLUE vied for the early lead, saved ground, dueled to the wire, was outfinished for the win, but proved best of others. LIFE IS A BANQUET raced within striking distance, had an outside trip and proved no match for the top two. DREWVICTORY raced within contention, weakened and finished evenly. SPECIAL DISPATCH lacked early speed, came around the second turn on the outside, finished wide and was no threat. CONTRABANDIST raced near the back, lacked a bid and was outrun. JULIA'S WARRIOR always raced in the back and trailed throughout.
