Chart notes

MAMBA OUT quickly set a pressured pace, opened up a bit in the turn, kept to task down the stretch to hold off a late charge. HITTIN MY STRIDE settled off the pace between foes, advanced along the inside of the turn, tipped out four wide in the stretch and showed a good rally that just missed. BERLAINE pressed the pace from the inside, backed off a bit through the turn, moved back up three wide in the stretch to apply heavy pressure but had no closing bid. CHAPARRITA tracked the pace three wide in the early stages, weakened in the stretch. SLAM DIEGO raced off the pace, never threatened. CRUSIN LIKE A CAT trailed shortly after the start, passed retreating foe in the stretch. DIAMONDS JOY was off slowly, moved up off the pace five wide, trailed again at the quarter, eased across.
