CLAIRE AUSTIN raced up close outside the top pair, fought three deep to midstretch, dueled outside BINT AL DANDY (IRE) in the last sixteenth and edged clear. BINT AL DANDY (IRE) pressed the pace from between rivals, fought on even terms into the final furlong, dueled with CLAIRE AUSTIN in deep stretch and got outkicked. SURF SONG raced up close on the inside, came off the rail at the eighth pole and finished willingly for the show honors. MISS KITTY BOOM showed the way up the backstretch with rivals to the outside, carried a short lead through the turn, lost command at the eighth pole and weakened late. SANDY STREET crossed back onto the turn awkwardly to lose momentum, raced inside a rival at the back in the two path entering the turn, moved to the rail midway around the bend and failed to menace. SHE'SASTUNNER was reluctant loading into the gate, hesitated when stall opened and came away very slow, raced outside a rival at the back to the stretch and was never a factor.
