Chart notes
MARGARITA GIRL took a bump leaving the gate, stalked the top pair from the rail, eased over to the two path on the turn, tipped out into the lane and overhauled NO BAD BEATS in the late stages. NO BAD BEATS raced up close on the outside, challenged THERMAL around the bend, edged clear in upper stretch, confronted by MARGARITA GIRL midstretch and yielded in the last sixteenth. OOTY (ARG) broke a step slow, trailed up the backstretch, saved ground through the turn and finished well next to the fence to earn the show honors. THERMAL sprinted to the front, took pressure from NO BAD BEATS on the turn, yielded to that rival in upper stretch and flattened to fourth. MAGNIFICAT bumped with inner rival at the start, tracked two wide outside a rival into the turn, spun three wide into the lane and lacked a rally. DONTTELLOURWIVES chased from off the pace keeping well off the rail, went four to three wide around the bend and was never a factor.
