Chart notes
DAUX hopped up leaving the gate, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the four path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late to get up for the win. ROLL PENNY ROLL dueled between horses up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path, dug in in the stretch and was caught in the final strides. STORM BAYOU dueled on the inside through the opening quarter, continued to battle from the two path around the turn and could not go with the winner late but chased on to the wire. CLUE pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the four path, continued to battle in upper stretch and gave way in the final furlong. INDY'S SONG was away from the gate slowly, settled off the pace on the inside through the early going, came around the turn in the two path and improved position mildly in the stretch. ARCH CITY raced off the pace between horses up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the four path and passed tiring horses in the lane. KING BRYCE raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, came around the bend in the two path and made no bid. Z MARKS THE SPOT stumbled leaving the gate, recovered to track the leaders between horses up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path and faded in the stretch. READS PET ZENON chased the leader on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and faded in the lane. CERVEZA pressed the pace between horse early, navigated the turn from the three path and tired in the stretch. WHERES BRAYDEN raced in the middle of the pack between horses up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three path and was empty from there. THE LAST FEAT trailed the field throughout, came around the bend in the two path and was never a factor.
