SEB N' SAM rated off of the early pace then was caught a bit in tight while between rivals along the backstretch, shifted out into the turn and tracked four wide nearing the quarter pole, roused five wide to upper stretch, rallied to take command into the final furlong and drew clear in deep stretch. HUGH GLASS tracked the early pace from the inside, was well placed while saving ground to the turn, got caught a bit in tight while behind TRYDENT nearing the top of the stretch, found room into the lane and vied for the lead at mid-stretch, was outkicked into the final sixteenth and held well late for second. TOWHEE vied for the early lead from between foes, took back and tracked between rivals along the backstretch run, chased two then three wide nearing the quarter pole, bid four wide into upper stretch, was outkicked into the final sixteenth and held safely for third. BARKLEY'S IMAGE was forwardly placed in the early stages while outside of rivals, tracked three wide to the turn and ran in pursuit to the quarter pole, got caught in a bit of traffic nearing the top of the stretch, angled out for the stretch drive and needed more late. RUN SMART rated off of the early pace then was shuffled back along the backstretch run, trailed into the turn, crept closer into upper stretch then was caught in traffic nearing the furlong pole, angled out past mid-stretch but could not muster the needed late response. SMILE DONT WINK vied for the early lead from outside of rivals, engaged with TRYDENT and dueled for pace duties with that foe along the backstretch, dueled two wide into the turn, spun three wide to upper stretch, could not keep pace into the final furlong and faded. TRYDENT showed speed leaving the start, vied for the early lead from between rivals then dueled for pace duties along the backstretch run, contested the pace inside of SMILE DONT WINK into the turn and dueled that foe to the quarter pole, drifted to the two path to upper stretch, was overtaken at the furlong marker and tired in the final sixteenth.
