Chart notes
COOL COUPLE , swung outside mid way down the backstretch, circled the turn five wide, took the lead in upper stretch, drove clear and jumped tire tracks near the sixteenth pole. HARBOUR BRIDGE disputed the early pace between horses, failed to keep up in upper stretch then passed tired ones late. GAMBOLING GHOST sprinted clear and was taken to the inner rail mid way down the backstretch, stayed along the rail, disputed the pace to mid stretch and weakened late. CUPIX bumped with WHY NOT ME at the start, disputed the pace in the two path between horses and weakened the final furlong. FINISTERE , not an early factor, swung to the five path near the sixteenth pole and finished wilingly. WHY NOT ME bumped with CUPIX leaving the starting gate, raced in the two path on the turn, swung to the seven path in mid stretch and was no factor. STORMY HOLLOW prompted the pace four deep leaving the backstretch and weakened on the turn. GRAND BEY , outrun, angled five wide in upper stretch.
