Chart notes
TEXAS TOWN went to the front to set an unchallenged pace while racing in hand to prove best. DONEGAL MOONSHINE raced near the pack down the backstretch then moved up from two wide through the turn and was clearly second best. FLASHIN CHIP chased the leader to the top of the stretch before tiring but held on for the show. FLAME ROCK FIRE tracked the leader from three wide through the turn then tipped out to four wide in upper stretch but had no late kick. BABY'S LAST DANCE settled off the pace while saving ground but lacked a late response. OTTER CREEK trailed the field to midway through the turn but was not a threat. STARTONAHIGHNOTE raced in the middle of the pack from four wide down the backstretch then dropped back.
