Chart notes
MARGIE'S FUN SON set the pace on the inside, opened up a clear lead, responded when roused, pulled away in the stretch and held well under urging. RECKER POINT was bumped hard and bobbled at the break, raced off the pace, chased four wide on the far turn and rallied for second. MISSOURI RIVER raced three wide early, stalked three wide, chased two wide on the far turn, rallied mildly inside in the stretch and was up for third. EXCELLORATOR tracked on the inside, chased three wide on the far turn, rallied mildly and was outfinished for the show spot. MY IMAGINATION raced off the pace inside and did not factor. TEN GAUGE was bumped hard at the start, stalked the pacesetter, chased inside on the far turn and tired.
