Chart notes
WEEKENDSANDWHISKEY pressed the pace from two wide to the first turn then prompted the pace down the backstretch before taking the lead near the quarter pole and pulled away for the win. DEELITESANDIMSUM was away alertly then was allowed to settle near the back around the first turn then advance from three wide through the final turn but couldn't catch the leader and was second best. JUST NATE went to a clear lead to the quarter pole where he was collared but kept on to be a clear third. SMARTY'S BACK trailed around the first turn then made a mild four wide bid through the final turn to prove best of the rest. MO CAN DO went to the early lead before settling off the pace down the backstretch before falling back on the final turn and was not a factor. DOWNTOWN MOTOWN raced in the middle of the pack while saving ground around the first turn, fell back on the backstretch and was never a threat.
