Chart notes
STOOPS TORNADO raced at the back of the pack on the outside through the opening quarter, came around the turn in the four path, launched a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late on the outside to get up for the win. MAGICAL MAX tracked the pace setter on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the two path, challenged in upper stretch and dueled to the wire to narrowly miss. GENERAL JIMBO dueled on the outside through the early going, came around the bend in the two path and chased on to the wire. PONTOTOC raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three path and improved position in the stretch. CHEROKEE WILL stalked the leader on the up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and was outkicked in the lane. DIAMONDS R LUCKY raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and was never a threat. EURO K pressed the pace on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and faded in the stretch. LEAVENODOUBT stalked the leaders on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the four path and weakened in the lane. MERLIN THE RED raced in the middle of the pack on the inside early, saved ground around the bend and was empty from there. FULLY FUNDED hopped up leaving the gate, trailed the field from the rail up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path and made no bid. RIDEN THE LEGEND dueled between horses through the opening stages, continued to battle from the two path around the turn and tired in the stretch. JUST TAP OUT raced in the middle of the pack on the outside up the backstretch, dropped back while racing in the two and three path around the turn and was empty in the lane. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
