Chart notes
HEXCEL took command before the first turn to set a pressured pace from the inside, pulled away in the stretch while holding LIL BRO COOP at bay. LIL BRO COOP was in tight quarters right behind the pace, launched a five wide at the top of the stretch but was held at bay by the winner, clearly second best. DIXIE DOCTOR tracked the pace three wide, moved up to apply heavy pressure to the pace in the far turn, drifted out a couple paths rounding the far turn, no match for the top two. LICENSE TO STEAL broke alertly before opting to press the pace from the two path, backed off after the quarter, failed to respond to any encouragement from the rider. NO TAKE BACKS was off a step slow, found position around the middle of the pack, unable to rally in the stretch. WAYLLEN RICHARD broke a beat slow, trailed through the first turn, moved up not too far off the pace, showed little in the stretch. KAH NIGH trailed after the first turn, passed retreating foe in the stretch. CRECENCIO raced off the pace, retreated late in the stretch, made no impact.
