Chart notes
WINGS OF A SPARROW sped away to press the pace from the inside to the three furlong marker then fell back and shifted out to three wide near the quarter pole to make the late run and dueled down the stretch to win the nod. ANAJULIAFOREVER vied for the lead from three wide down the backstretch then took the lead near the quarter pole and edged away then was engaged in early stretch and dueled to the wire but was denied. DESTINY'S GRACE chased the leaders from the inside then made a two wide bid on the turn and gave the late effort to be up for the show. GOOD N SASSY rushed to a pressured lead but was caught near the quarter pole and pressed the pace around the turn before weakening. SISTER ELLA stalked the pace from four wide then three wide but lacked the late response. CUSTOM CANDY trailed the field through the turn while saving ground but ran into traffic near the sixteenth pole and had no impact. PER RULING #26370 DATED 2/26/26 RECEIVED FROM THE LOUISIANA RACING COMMISSION, WINGS OF A SPARROW WAS DISQUALIFIED DUE TO A POSITIVE TEST.
