Chart notes
MIDNIGHT MARTINI moved up between rivals after the start to set a pressured pace in the two path, dropped to the inside on the turn and shook clear by the quarter pole, came two wide off the bend and kicked away by the furlong marker and then remained clear while moving out a few paths to prove best under a drive. HORSING AROUND broke outwardly and quickly recovered, then settled into stride and moved to the outside, four wide on the turn while under a hold and then came under coaxing and advanced midway on the turn, came six wide into the lane and closed well on the outside to gain the place award. MERMAID was reserved early, two wide on the turn and swung out four wide leaving the turn, then moved in for racing room and finished well to gain the show award late. SUGAR DOLL pressed the winner three wide early then two wide on the turn, came three wide off the turn but faded late losing the show award near the wire. FRAUDSTER was out-sprinted early, two wide on the turn and then angled in to the rail and had a belated rally on the inside. UNDERCOVER AGENT tracked the early pace and then chased the pace two to three wide on the turn but weakened in the lane. CINQ A SEPT chased the early pace and was three to four wide on the turn, five wide into the lane and had no rally. GROOVY N GRAY was settled along the inside and saved ground on the turn, came two to three wide off the bend but had no kick. BASHFUL BABY hesitated at the start and walked out of the gate three to four lengths last, raced four wide on the turn and came six wide into the lane while being no factor. CRITIKAL SENSE was close up early on the inside and tracked the leaders on the inside and fell back nearing the quarter pole and then was empty in the drive.
