Chart notes
FLY ERIK FLY was forced out entering the first turn, stalked the pace three wide, took over leaving the eighth pole and held firm. HUMAN DESIRE was forced out entering the first turn, raced off the pace four wide, went three wide around the far turn, angled widest in upper stretch and rallied. ROYAL SALUTE was bumped at the start, raced in range inside, bid in midstretch but was outkicked. MISTER MONOCLONAL set the pace along the rail to midstretch and weakened. OPERATION TORCH broke in and bumped at the start, came out entering the firs turn, pressed the pace two wide, briefly led late on the far turn and faded in the stretch. BIG BOB was outrun inside. G SPEEDY played no factor while racing three wide.
