Chart notes
FANCY DANCER was reserved off the pace, split rivals nearing the stretch, took the lead inside the eighth pole and gradually drew clear. KNOCKOUT GUY was allowed to settle, moved up three-wide to offer a bid nearing nearing the quarter pole but was unable to stay with the winner during the drive. UKRAINE STRONG saved ground setting the pace into the stretch and held on well for third when headed. DINERO DE LA CASA was allowed to settle, came three-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. DEEP CREEK STORM raced in the back of the field early, came four-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. RUN BABA RUN was unhurried early, rallied five-wide into the stretch but was not a factor.
