Chart notes
MI SATURDAY broke sharply to claim the early lead, gave way to REXFORD at the half while still applying pressure, moved up to vie between rivals in the turn, took command at the quarter, kept to task down the stretch under right handed encouragement to hold firmly. SPANKSTER bobbled slightly at the start, slowly advanced along the inside to sit right behind the pace in the turn, looked to get by along the rail in the upper stretch but had no room to do so until inside the final furlong, began closing but didn't have enough time to get by the leader. STAGE LEFT tracked the early pace, swung five wide at the quarter, showed a mild rally to earn the show award. REXFORD moved up along the inside to claim the lead around the half, vied for command through the turn, gave way at the quarter, continued to shadow the leader down the stretch but was out-finished for the minor awards. MISSIN HOLLYWOOD tracked the pace four wide, moved up to contest the pace midway through the turn, unable to sustain bid down the stretch. COALCOWBOY trailed shortly after the start, no factor. This race was originally hand timed, and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
