Chart notes
SAPPHIRE BEACH (IRE) pressed the pace three wide and drew off under a drive in upper stretch. CATALONIA raced in range inside, swung four wide turning for home and ran on to gain the place. MY SWEETHEART set the pace two wide between foes, could not keep pace with the winner in upper stretch but kept on well enough to preserve the show. BRAMBLE BLAST broke a bit slowly, trailed inside, tipped out in upper stretch and improved position. PILLAR OF BEAUTY vied inside to upper stretch and weakened. TOSCA raced off the pace two wide, steadied near the quarter pole and had no closing bid. SPINELLI chased the pace four wide and faded in the lane.
