Chart notes
CARSON N SPENCE was prominently placed racing three-wide, moved up to take the lead leaving the eighth pole and quickly drew clear. OAKS HONEY was forwardly placed racing two-wide, gained a slight lead nearing the eighth pole but was unable to stay with CARSON N SPENCE late in a good effort. RAVEN MOON was allowed to settle, moved up three-wide on the backstretch, took the lead nearing the quarter pole then set the pace into the stretch and faltered during the drive. GOLDSTRIKER settled in the back to the field, rallied five-wide into the stretch and then went evenly late. HITE saved ground while being allowed to settle, angled out to be four-wide entering the stretch but lacked a rally. DERBY INCLUDED was unhurried early, came three-wide into the stretch but was unable to seriously threaten. ORVILLE B saved ground setting the pace to the quarter pole and gave way readily when headed.
