BERNIN TUNE was bumped at the start, was rated three wide, launched a four wide bid at the quarter to split foes, entered a duel with NOW AND LATER in the final furlong, gave way briefly before digging in for the final few strides, up in time. NOW AND LATER was bumped at the start, raced off the pace on the inside, launched a six wide bid at the quarter, closed in on the pace in the upper stretch, dueled with BERNIN TUNE in the final furlong, put a head in front briefly but got nailed. SPACE pressed the pace through the first turn, took charge at the three quarters, opened up a couple lengths going up the backstretch, gave way to driving foes at the eighth and faded then on, held for the show award. AMERICAN BLAZE was rated along the inside, closed some ground in the far turn, flattened out in the stretch. I'M YOUR MAN trailed for most, passed tiring foe on the outside in the stretch. CONCENTRATION set a pressured pace through the first turn, gave way to SPACE at the three quarters, continued to chase the pace up the backstretch and far turn, weakened in the stretch.
