Chart notes
CAJUN GOLD set the pace in the two path, drifted out under left-handed urging in the lane and dug in late to just last. MELODY MAN raced off the pace two wide, angled four wide in upper stretch, rallied between foes and just missed. MAN WITH THE MONEY prompted the winner in three path, battled on between foes through the stretch and just missed. KRAKEN bumped hard at the start, raced well back three wide, swung five wide in upper stretch and rallied widest. NIGHT raced in range inside and was one-paced through the lane. DEEP DUSK had early speed inside, steadied into the turn and was no threat from there. EVIL EMPIRE bumped hard at the start, raced far back inside and was no threat. STEP SLOW was pinched back and taken up at the start and never reached contention.
