JENNYS WINE GIRL brushed leaving the gate, rated along the inside in a good stalking position, bid two wide early on the far turn, put a head in front past the five-sixteenths pole, led between rivals turning for home, fought on even terms with FRENCH MOONLIGHT with a furlong remaining and yielded to that rival late. SUNTORY TIME sat off the pace outside a rival, remained two wide while coming under a ride on the far turn, finished willingly down the lane and gained third. TIS SUNRISE settled inside, ridden along on the far turn, came off the rail into the lane and failed to threaten. MPERFECTION trailed outside a rival in the early going, had one beat while moving over to the rail on the far turn and lacked a rally down the lane. DANZIG TIL DAWN bobbled slightly while making light contact with inner rival at the start, cleared quickly and angled to the inside, controlled the pace to the far turn, came under threat from a pair of rivals, lost command at the five-sixteenths pole, lost contact with the top pair in upper stretch and weakened along the fence. SIEMPRE NAMAN saved ground at the back and was never a factor.
