Chart notes
SYDNEY STREET (GB) stalked along the inside, offered a rail bid in upper stretch, dueled with an outer pair into the final sixteenth and held gamely. PRICHARD stalked three wide, bid between horses in upper stretch, dueled while changing to his right lead entering the final sixteenth, battled late and missed. ON PALM SUNDAY trailed early on, advanced four wide around the turn, bid and sparred with an inner pair in the final furlong, but flopped back to his left lead and flattened out late. MONCRIEF set a clear pace in the two path, got headed between bidders leaving upper stretch, gave way and narrowly saved fourth. MISTER ROSSO chased two wide and between horses, moved out to the three to four path while hanging on his left lead leaving upper stretch, changed over at the sixteenth pole and stayed on mildly to miss fourth. ICE MINISTER saved ground off of the pace to no avail. AHUMADO raced off of the pace three wide and failed to factor. FIRE WIRE lacked speed two wide and between horses then got outrun.
