Chart notes
SWEET FANTASY broke sharply to go to a clear lead while setting an unchallenged pace to prove best. BIG DRINKER was allowed to settle near the back around the first turn then made a middle move on the inside down the backstretch, tipped out to two wide on the final turn but was no match for the winner. INDIAN CAT raced in the middle of the pack while saving ground around the first turn then moved out to two wide down the backstretch, tipped out to race three wide and showed late effort to be a clear third. NUMERO SIETE was allowed to settle down the backstretch then made a rail bid but failed to sustain the bid. HAMLIN raced off the pace around the first turn then retreated and was not a threat. INTERLUDE was unhurried while trailing and passed tired ones. HEGS tracked the leaders to the final turn before fading and tiring. CHARBON was forwardly placed down the backstretch and gave way.
