Chart notes
SOMEMUNNY TO LOVE trailed early, angled wide rallying on the turn then surged through the stretch quickly moving clear. TIZ ZIFFY rated three wide, took over on the turn, widened in mid-stretch then proved no match for the winner. EXCITER advanced outside on the turn then flattened out in the stretch. SLASH ALLEY settled just off the pace inside, moved outside on the turn and faded. DISCO HOPP eased back in the opening quarter and was never in contention. MISCHIEF STORM broke step slowly, moved inside and lacked a response. RESEARCH TRIANGLE hustled to narrow advantage down the backstretch then gave way. POLAR MAGIC dueled through the opening quarter mile then stopped abruptly.
