Chart notes
I LOVE GIRAFFES saved ground off the pace, rallied along the rail, took over leaving the eighth pole and held safe under a drive. DELIGHTFUL DARLING tracked the pace two wide, bid outside of the pacesetter in midstretch but was outkicked by the winner late. BENEFICENCE raced off the pace three and four wide and rallied through the lane to gain the show. IGNIS COR lacked speed while racing two wide and rallied belatedly along the rail. R P BYRNE (IRE) set the pace along the rail, drifted out in upper stretch, led past the eighth pole and weakened. PEARL OF PEARL was off slow, saved ground off the pace, tipped out in upper stretch and never threatened. QUEEN JUNO failed to menace while racing two wide. AUTHENTIC CHANCE chased the pace three wide and faded in the lane. FLEETING MOON played no factor while racing four wide. EPIC PRANKSTER was outrun while racing two wide.
