Chart notes
SHORT ROUND BOUND settled off of the early pace, crowded and steadied at the half-mile pole, ran in pursuit off of the rail into the turn, mounted an inside stretch rally, drew clear late. PALS WILD LIBERTY tracked early pace, swung four to five wide upper, bid into the lane, outkicked into the final sixteenth and held for second. TRAFFICSTORM dueled pace two path, led upper stretch, yielded late, was outfinished for second and was a clear third. MY PEACHES Q off bit slow, bumped early, coaxed four wide upper, by tired foes. JMARK took back, hard to place at the half-mile, chased two wide upper, flattened out in the late stages. HOLY BULLET showed speed, pressed pace three deep to turn, weakened stretch. GHOSTLY CHANCE ducked in start, settled inside, no threat stretch. M L'S SPORTSCASTER showed speed, contested pace two wide between, gave way lane. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO AN INCIDENT INVOLVING JMARK AND SHORT ROUND BOUND AT THE HALF-MILE MARKER. THE STEWARDS RULED THERE WOULD BE NO CHANGE.
