Chart notes
PRINCE PERFECTA went to a clear lead to set all the pack, fended off a late challenge midway down the stretch and held on. TOMS LUCKY MO settled in the middle of the pack while saving ground, moved up the rail near the three furlong marker to make a run at the leader, then made a strong rail bid in the stretch to gain late on the winner and proved second best. S D'S TAKEOVER raced off the pace around the first turn then moved up from two wide near the three furlong marker but couldn't collar the leader but kept on to be a clear third. NO SOY BORRACHO hesitated at the start then leaped out of the gate and trailed to the first turn, settled near the back down the backstretch before making a rail bid on the final turn but flattened out. HOUSTONS EAGLE settled in the middle of the pack before moving out to six wide near the three furlong marker and made a belated bid to improve his position. RUNNER RUNNER raced close up on the pace to the first turn then settled in the middle of the pack down the backstretch before making a four wide bid on the final turn and faltered. HUMOR ME BOY hustled to the front to press the pace from two wide to the first turn then prompted the pace to midway down the backstretch before slowly fading. CAHILL'S LEGACY roused to the front to vie for the lead from three wide around the first turn then slowly retreated. ZONG'S TO BLAME was always back.
