Chart notes
NEW PLEX saved ground around the first turn, led the way up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path and kicked clear in the stretch. TIZTIMONIAL raced in the three path around the first bend, trailed the field up the backstretch, navigated the second bend still in the three path, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. MONGOLIAN CHAMP raced in the two path around early, chased the leader up the backstretch, came around the far turn still in the two path and kept on to the finish. MY LUCKY ANGEL raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack between horses for the run up the backstretch, saved ground the far turn and showed no kick. BLUE MARBLE raced in the three path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path and made no bid. KING REIGERT raced in the middle of the pack on the inside through the opening half mile, saved ground around the second turn and faded in the stretch. STARSHIP MAGELLAN raced in the four path around the first turn, settled off the pace for the run up the backstretch, continued around the far turn in the two path and was empty from there.
