Chart notes
RED ROAD was quick to take charge, led uncontestedly until the far turn, continued to drive down he stretch and just held for the win. BOITANO advanced between horses to track the pace, tipped out four wide in the far turn to enter the stretch in a competitive position, slowly closed in on the leader but just missed. RED MOUNTAIN settled off the pace, gained position through traffic in the far turn, entered the stretch six wide and rallied well for the show honors. LATE SEPTEMBER pursued the pace from the two path, backed off a bit in the far turn, shifted out five wide in the upper stretch, showed a mild rally late that just missed the podium. COIN MINER bumped with a rival soon after the start, tracked the pace from the inside, slowly closed some ground in the far turn and upper stretch but flattened out late. TAHOE RUN moved up six wide through the first turn, tracked the pace up the backstretch, moved up to stalk the pace four wide through the far turn, weakened in the final furlong. EVEN THE WIND trailed for most, made some improvements through traffic in the stretch. TWOKO BAY settled off the pace four wide, took to the far outside of the stretch but showed little. I'M YOUR MAN settled off the pace between foes, gained along the inside of the far turn, came up empty in the stretch. Z Z'S PRINCE was five wide through the first turn, found position around the middle of the pack, angled seven wide in the stretch but was unable to rally.
