Chart notes
JACK'S PROMISE vied for the early lead on the inside and then stayed with the pace on the turn and moved out leaving the turn to make a three wide bid and kick clear to the furlong marker and widened the margin in the furlong grounds to prove best, sharp. DAMON'S MOUND was off a step slow and settled towards the outside, five wide on the turn and came seven wide into the lane and ran on well but had to settle for being second best. ROLANDO vied for the lead on the outside and raced three to four wide on the turn but faded in the final furlong while saving the show award. CON COMPANIA (CHI) tracked the pace from the outside and made a four to five wide bid nearing the quarter pole, came six wide into the lane but flattened out. BEELINE bumped with a rival at the break, settled along the inside and came four wide into the lane and improved position in the drive. GREAT NAVIGATOR was well placed along the inside early, tracked the leaders on the rail on the turn but weakened in the lane. AJAAYB vied for the early lead in between rivals and weakened on the turn then was empty. WOUND UP bumped with a rival at the break, tracked the pace three wide and stopped.
