Chart notes
SPRINGHAWK broke sharp, quickly took control of the tempo around the club house turn, under steady urging widened the margin nearing the furlong marker, held sway driving through the wire. IRISH JUBALEE broke alertly, chased the speedy leader two wide throughout, running on the wrong lead through the stretch, stayed on clear for the place. DIGITAL SECURITY pinched back at the start, eased up three wide down the back stretch, angled inside leaving the quarter pole, finished willingly for the show. PEACEFUL UNION fractious in the gate pre-start, bumped at the bell, saved ground off the pace down the backside, had no late kick. JOHNNY LIES awkward start, lost action bumped outside rival, chased inside into the far turn, weakened through the stretch. CAMDEN HILLS slow into stride, roused off the pace four wide leaving the quarter pole, never factored.
