HURRICANE LASSIE dueled for the early lead from the inside and drew off to be well clear under strong handling. HONEYFROMTHESOUTH dueled two deep from the outside of rival and was no match for the winner. RANCH REBEL chased the pace from the inside and kept on. CANKTON'S COWGIRL swung five wide through the upper lane and closed in too late. LADY HELENA raced four wide into the upper stretch and needed more. COIN PURSE raced from the inside throughout and never was a factor. JULIARD HONOR chased from the outside and faded. DODGEBALL failed to respond.
