Chart notes
ZAKARIA dueled to the the outside of THE PINK Z, was headed on the turn by MIDNIGHT WARSHIP, responded to pressure in the stretch and held well under a stiff drive. THE PINK Z dueled along the inside rail, lost his position on the turn, was swung four wide for the stretch run and offered a bid. MIDNIGHT WARSHIP raced in striking position three wide, gained the lead on the turn but came up empty in the final furlong. MAILS HERE was placed in tight quarters at the start, angled in early, remained inside throughout and raced evenly. RAY'S EMPIRE settled early, entered the stretch three wide and managed a mild rally. WATCHOUTFORWEAVER was void of early speed but displayed mild late interest. WEEKEND BUZZ outpaced while five wide early, was swung seven wide into the stretch and made no impact. WILDCAT BILL reserved early, was moved out eight wide into the stretch did not menace. MIDNIGHT VOYAGE chased the early pace in vain and faded.
