Chart notes
THEMANUPFRONT stalked a fast pace and made a two wide bid to go on even terms for command on the far turn and shook clear leaving the three sixteenths and drew away nearing the sixteenth marker and then maintained a safe margin to the wire while tiring late to prove best, driving. WIN WITH FAITH was settled back early towards the inside, remained patient to the far turn and moved out to the two path to start advancing by the five sixteenths, came three wide into the lane and closed the gap fast late but was too late and had to settle for being second best. PRINTER'S ALLEY was allowed to settle along the inside and saved ground to the quarter pole, came two wide off the bend and had a mild late kick but needed more. VENEZUELAN HOPE was reserved early and moved out on the first turn, three to four wide on the far turn and came five wide into the lane and had a belated rally. JACK KEROUAC was settled along the inside and saved ground on the far turn, angled out by the furlong marker but had no late kick. JAVA BUZZ set a fast pace while clear on the first turn, then was headed and dueled for command on the far turn but tired in the lane. SNIPER JACK was allowed to settle two to three wide and came four wide into the lane but had no rally.
